Those warbirds devoured by their own greed, the identities of innocent living-thing torn apart, compelled by their inflated egos to endure.
The destruction (should) have been over.
However, somehow they ‘defied’ to accept their fate; they ‘fought’ to rise and live again with fading pulses in a terrifying physical space.
Strangely, they waged no further war amongst themselves, or, what's the purpose to fighting those already claimed by death?
Should I must embrace the truth, or is this my fevered dream of my subconscious?
I don't know, I'd rather to just reflect...
I guide them to a more peaceful place….
