Yes. Mephit can. One idea I had was him being able to spray with magic as well, to give him something that would allow him to fire from his fingertips. It could be something useful and dignified, allowing him to spray whatever is in front of him accurately.
But for humorous moments, he can absolutely spray like a skunk.
