Finally I create and updated my villain OC Cylla the Kobold sea witch! I will draw her kangdragoon form soon.

Species or Race: Half Kobold and Cecaelia
Height: 30 years old / 3'9"ft
Personality: Devious / Seductive / Malevolent
Abilities: Hypnotist's Song / Black Magic of the Seas / Sea Kaiju Mode
Likes: Seducing guests / Trapping and manipulating victims with her dirty contracts and deceptions / Helping the unfortunate / Gambling her two dark jellyfish.
Dislikes: Letting victims escape / Hatred of Lora's family / Sea urchins.
Lore and Information:
A kobold sea witch, similar to Cecaelia, awaited her revenge on the Lora family. She was transformed as punishment by the king of dragons and kobolds and banished to a watery realm in a deep, dark sea, of which no one spoke. However, the mermaids fall into every trap due to their false contracts that promise to grant wishes to the unfortunate. Souls. With the help of her two henchmen, the anthropomorphic dark jellyfish Electri and Electra, who obey their mistress as servants and domestics.
She detested sea urchins for their fear of appearances and the sting of their spines.
She tried to trap Lora as the ideal target to kidnap her parents. She did not act alone, as she had the support of Za'el, an evil sorcerer who promised revenge in exchange for her soul if she failed in her mission.
She got powerful of magics and also she can transform into a monstrously sea Kaiju, thanks her powerful dark magic and pact of Za'el.
(PS: She can change her kangdragoon form whathever she wants)
