Emmy's one of the many kitchen hands at the Rainbow Roundup, the FOB's number one destination for anything delicious. One of the unsung heroes of RJV, as she likes to call herself- growing kids gotta eat, after all, especially if they're on a bit of an accelerated time table! Her cool big sister demeanor, sharp sense of humor, and great hugs have made her a fan favorite among FOBby regulars.

Despite often being found bantering with coworkers and guests alike, she takes her job quite seriously. Her macaroni and cheese recipe, a perennial favorite at the Roundup, is a carefully guarded secret, and contains at least one hundred and forty-seven distinct secret ingredients, including anything from plausible explanations (mascarpone cheese), the slightly outlandish (fish sauce), the metaphysical (love, naturally), to just outright pulling your leg (The Storyteller's tears). Just like how there are hundreds of different explanations for the secret behind the resort's regressive ability, one of them's got to be the truth, right? Let's just hope it's not the oyster puree. Even during her stays at the Forest, she can often be found as a taste tester for her fellow kitchen staff, helping them tailor their recipes to even the pickiest preschool palate.
