Is the laptop "dead" broken, or is it more like "the case is broken but it hasn't lost functionality"?

Wait this is grounds for a new laptop?? Bruh, My laptops screen has a permenant dead zone at the top removing 8% of my screen in a solid line the thickness of my thumb,
my s key 100% won't work,
d is a 15% chance of working on press and when it does it 40% of the time makes 3 or 6 d's
e, r and c have a 40% of working when pressed along with a 15% chance to multi press like the d key.

and the right fan inside stops when more than 4 programs are open at once.
When I first got this laptop back in 2020 I also had to buy a set of RAM 32gb just to stop the thing from lagging from opening up task manager... I HATE this laptop with every fibre of my being but I ain't replacing it until the day it REFUSES to start because Otherwise that's £1,200 wasted on a oversized paper weight.
