Rules:
- Payment is done through PayPal only.
- Can change/add some small stuff, big changes are okay, but might increase cost.
- Any gender is okay
- Dragons are preferred, but I’m willing to draw other quadruped species

- Base price is 40, but it may change according to complexity of your character
