So, this character requires a bit of backstory...
I had bid on, and lost, an athletic, sporty mouse/rat adopt a month or two ago. While hanging out with an IRL friend, I mentioned my addiction to adopts. Yes, I'm trying to deal with it. (;-;) Anyway... He's a normie and an artist who draws very good fantasy comics in a style that I would call modernized DC Comics. Sharp angles, strong features, etc. He doesn't publish anything because he never finishes them. XD
So, I mentioned the adopt and he asked to see it. I showed him the picture still saved on my phone, sort of an inspiration folder in case I ever try to paint my own characters again. I digress. He had never drawn furry artwork before, and I didn't even know he was doing it as he merely smirked, pulled up his drawing tablet and started talking about his comic book's story as he sat in his computer chair, facing me. We spent a good hour trying to find and close any loopholes in the kudzu plot he was regaling to me, and believe me, it was a challenge.
At the end of the conversation he paused, looked at the tablet and said, "huh. That's not as bad as I thought it'd be. I'm not really good at cartoony." Confused, I leaned in and he showed me the tablet. He had drawn this girl, similar to but legally distinct from the adopt I had failed to buy. I commented that it was good work and he asked what I would've paid for her had I won, to which I ashamedly admitted $40. "$40 an hour isn't bad." He then emailed the girl to me and asked what I was going to do with her. "Do you care?" I asked. "No. Just wondered."
The honest answer is, I have no clue what to do with this girl. I had an idea for the adopt I lost but I can't remember what it was. I forgot shortly after losing. (^-^') So yeah... I arbitrarily named her "Kiera Finnegan." She's dark, so I Googled names that meant "black" or "dark" and picked the first one I saw. Kiera is apparently Irish and then "Finnegan" popped into my head, so there she is. No age, no background, no plans for her use, just a cutie rat girl I got for free from a bored artist friend indulging me without my knowledge.
My friend, being a normie, wants no parts of this community so I can't give him any credit. That's that. I suppose if I come up with something for her I can edit this later...? She's got a very nice figure and a cute face. I kind of want to pair her up with Ian... (>_>)
