40k legions tend to have simple, monochrome icons for their legion heraldry. But I wanted to try something more complex, resembling a modern US military patch. (I considered making one based on the 11th legion's namesake) I also considered something more akin to an aircraft roundel, and landed on this 11-pointed star motif with a rna strand inside. Overall still needs some work but its good enough for now/
