Seasonal emotional shifts are fine but I do wish you luck getting to that point of your life where you're able to control yourself and get things done.
Also I would assume you draw a lot for yourself and just don't post it, or have been dealing with burnout or something like that.

fair enough and i deeply appreciate your support, i think this year's just been off and there's been a lot of bad stuff happening and keeping me down, but at the very least i've been making a lot of stuff behind the scenes even if it's mostly just for myself and ive just been busy juggling irl stuff and watching youtube or whatever, i dont know if it's just because i fucked over my sleep schedule and im paying an endless debt or if im just kinda tired of drawing the same thing over and over and need to give myself some more pointers and permission to replicate cool poses/scenarios i've seen

I think you're overloading yourself, that may be why you're tired all the time. Learn to focus on explicitly one thing every now and then. Maybe afford yourself some time to slow down when you can as well.
