I've been struggling a lot with negative self talk, so my therapist said to try to imagine and draw a little creature I like on my head, and anything mean I or someone else says to me, they're saying it to my creature.
So I drew it and shall try to implement this idea to protect my creature. I have named it Bug and it is a delicate thing that lives on my head. No one gets to be mean to Bug, not even me. >:I
