Saddling up on Experiment 502 *seemed* like a good idea..... Yes, let's ignore the fact that either I shrunk myself or I made 502 unusually large. He's still nice to ride *tugs on reins*.
This was easier to draw than I had expected. My Vellum died while I was inking though and I had to touch up a lot of the lineart.

Okay. I don't know what you're quoting, but it's quite obvious 502 was designed to be (or is just asking to be) ridden. I mean, come on! That arched back? Even Stitch jumped on him! And really, wouldn't anyone love to ride an animal who you can use to melt people you don't like? :)
