Statement #1; I did not draw this. I did, however, put it together using Hero Machine (a neat flash program that lets you build characters from a stack of features, and which has more options than I think could be put together in a reasonable lifetime). I also colored it. I'm rather pleased with how the end product turned out!

As to the picture itself, this is Darius Heppler, a character I'm playing in a tabletop Mass Effect RPG (Using slightly converted Star Wars: Saga Edition rules). He's a biotic, a martial artist, and a pretty good guy all things considered. Kind of a wandering do-gooder.
