actually Arcanine growing while still inside would be more of a good thing, dragons are durable and if she grows while inside she can't be regurgitated or go through the back way and dragon stomach acids as we saw in Lea's backstory was extremely potent, so i'm pretty sure Arcanine is as good as dead
