Commission work. Character is part of a villain group that is based in the Zodiac Universe that I created. Delta City is where Gemini and Sagittarius come from and it has been a lawless hell-hole but it has very few supers villain or otherwise. We'll learn some more as we go if the customer wants to see more of them. Each member combines a pretty disastrous and dangerous power with a psychotic need to create artwork.

Challenging for VV here. She's a badger which are a rare anthro and she is totally purple instead of white, gray and black like a normal badger. I was pretty happy with this one as I think I made her proportions a little different than my normal and she has a very insane look to her. Brainstormed a bit on her powers as well and decided that being able to change the colors of an entire area might actually by kinda scary.

BTW I just discovered that Writemaster93 based the appearance of these villain on an episode of the Venture Brothers that was making fun of the Legion of Doom from the old Superfriends cartoon. Once you see it, you can't deny the inspiration.
