Okay, I don't know who keeps bringing this stuff in, but it's getting less ridiculous at least, this appears to be a standard 150mm smoothbore gun with a loading sled to support manual loading and operation of the gun, with a robust superstructure to support it. It uses a combo of magnetic and hydraulic recoil dampening, using both to reduce the amount of imparted recoil to a much higher degree than modern tank cannons would allow.
