When Zurie was still a child (but already almost taller than her mother and father), her father Loral took her with him to a traveling merchant expo- Everything you could imagine under the sun. Food, clothes, jewelry, weapons, tools, building supplies, livestock, you name it. Zurie's attention was drawn to a merchant selling ingots and raw ores. Off to the side of his stall was a small crate of innocent looking chunks of metal and stone-

He gave little Zurie a sample, claiming that not even dragonfire could melt down the ore, and that it was unusable by any means.

Challenge accepted.

It took little Zurie over a month to channel her elemental magic into the little metal ore, molding it and shaping it and giving it the ability to move around. She named him 'Little Brother', and over the years he has developed his own personality and means of communication (being that he lacks a mouth).
