following on from the black hole theme but it's not quite that simple either.

in this and Senescence, I had an idea in my head of this forlorn glow surrounding a central piece - you can just about make something out, like a distant bonfire trickling out.

There are various emotions, I wanted to paint by feel rather than having a specific idea in mind beyond simple constructive boundaries.
As I completed it, I filled the colours a bit and felt it was finished rather quickly.
All in all, this might've been.. twenty minutes? Maybe longer.
It felt satisfying.

I am enjoying the act of expression, it is a small ode to freedom in an otherwise gilded cage.
