<3<3<3<3 i loooove this poem.. i was trying to find out more about it (am not very good at research), since one place said it was from this collection, which i read and again LOVED even tho i did not find this poem in it lol. i've also found 2 different versions of the poem! one from Sonya's perspective and one from Alfonso's - titled "After Bombardment, Sonya" and "While the Child Sleeps, Sonya Undresses" respectively. VERY fun to contemplate the differences. i wonder why there are two.... i wish i was better at finding this stuff out!!!

even with From Deaf Republic i was thinking so much about Silcoven and their world.... being in a sort of war-torn community, the movement of power and violence within that, the significance of disability, a universal sharedness of that experience..... grief love etc etc..... *playing wtih them like dolls in my mind* I Would Like to Watch Silcoven on The TeleVision Now
