The thing that truly caught Nicole’s and the rest of her team of paranormal investigators’ attention was the part of the story where the girl in front of them had followed said strange figures and saw them vanish in thin air.
Most discard her story as an alcohol induced hallucination. But Nicole had already heard rumours about the renovated building that seemed unusual, odd choices and disappearances, and from before this she had wanted to check out the place, and now her team had an invitation to do so. Especially after Ian noted that the girl who sought their help kind of sort of looked like one of them.
