I believe in a world in which we can live in harmony. Most of us feel it, and most of us wave it away. But nobody said it would be easy. Everything you do matters, and everything you believe matters. Believe in yourself and those around you, and you can make the world a better place. Believe you're worthless or that everything is too hard for you, and you'll create a world that is darker for the rest of us. Belief itself isn't necessarily based in anything real, but it can make real that which seems impossible. It can also make real that which you fear. I have hope not because I'm naive, but because I choose to be defiant in the face of this nihilistic and backwards world. And for those I consider my closest friends, all I ask is that they fight. For themselves, and for each other.
