Here in Brockton, we're one of the few cities left in the USA to still use those older fire alarm street boxes you'd find on pedestals and utility poles! They can still be useful if need be, like when Massachusetts suffered a statewide 9-1-1 outage last year, people in Brockton could still contact the fire department with these classic Gamewell fire alarm boxes! Gamewell-FCI even still makes them for whoever needs them (like us).
