Fuyuko was once an elite assassin for the Gold Dagger shinobi clan, a clan of ninjas with notable ties to the Kantonian yakuza. When the clan was dissolved after key members of the yakuza were arrested, Fuyuko would end up a mercenary for hire. He would take odd jobs from shady business owners, other crime families, and even various governments (despite their history with Gold Dagger).
Here's the second design for Ghostober 2025, a male Froslass assassin. I wanted to draw a trans guy, so I figured I'd take a typically female Pokemon and run through the XenonLitez barafication process (name pending TM). I'm very proud of how this design came out, and I hope you like this guy, too!
