Born on Draconis Capitalis, Helen Star-wing is a rather tall girl for a species of dragon that's known for being short. She developed an interest in time travel and preserving both the good and the bad of history and the future, so she became a temporal engineer. She moved to Astra Rosa to continue her studies and now she's become Elaria's personal temporal engineer, tasked with informing all monarchs of threats to time and how best to eliminate those threats. She loves history and peeks at possible futures. She hates when people mess with time, especially the Claws. She's married to Maralyn, Barbara, Alatan, Zixhi, and Rosie.
