Here's a stunning salmon sunrise that is delicious and delightful from the kitchens of

This is healthy and yummy for your tummy!
you will need the following:
1 salmon stake, 6-8 ounces (or your fish of choice)
1 whole lemon (or lime thats up to you)
1/2 orange bell pepper (yellow or green really but i like the orange >w<)
1 whole parsnip
2 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp of dell weed
a dash of salt and pepper
One small deep metal or glass pan (like a cake pan)
1 medium bowl
pre-heat your oven to 350`F
Begin by cutting up the bell pepper into long thin slices then cut them in half. place them in a medium sized bowl. next cut your parsnip up into rings, then cut those rings into 4 to 6 equal section, put into bowl. Take half of the tsp of dell weed and sprinkle over the bell peppers and parsnips. Threw in the dash of salt, and pepper along with the 2 tsp of Olive oil. Mix bowl tell all vegies are evenly coated.
Cut your whole lemon (or lime) into rings you can either cut them in half or keep them whole rings. I did half and half.
Take your fish and get a fork, than poke a few wholes evening threw the fish. Take one slice of lemon and squeeze over your fish, cover it. sprinkle the last of your dell weed over your fish.
Places your fish in the center of your small Cake pan. Scoop all your vegies out of the medium bowl and into the pan, make sure to evenly place food around fish. what ever oil is left in bowl also pour into pan. (you may add another tsp of olive oil if you see fit) Place lemons on top of the food make sure to put more lemons on the fish then the vegies.(if you find that there is not enough lemon or vegies to your liking add more!)
Place pan into oven for 15minutes. at 15 minutes check to see if your vegies need to be stirred. Place back in oven for 15-20 more minutes. Remove and place on plate for consumption!!!
~you may add cheese if you want (i wanted to but there was no cheese)
