He is a frosty boi, hes got snowflake freckles and his hands are infused with frost, so he wears gloves to avoid freezing low temp. objects.

Zanor, Knight of the Prince
Zanor is the only child of the Captain of the Guard Eridin. Having been born female and with innate Frost Magic, his father encouraged him to become a WarCaster, a ranged warrior who stays along the Wall of the Dynasty and casts spells at the Jotuns. Instead he began training with the Curved Sword and Long Sword, eventually mastering it as he became older and older, and eventually he became so deadly with his frosted blades that the Dynast asked him personally to become his son's personal guard. Before he and the Prince officially met Zanor scheduled a transitioning operation behind his fathers back, this strained their relationship as his father never understood why his daughter would want to be his son instead. When he and the Prince finally met, at the age of 17, the two bonded quickly, Zanor becoming more of a close dedicated friend than a guard as the years went on, and soon Zanor developed a crush on his friend, a one-sided crush that was constantly overlooked or not noticed. The fact that the Prince is straight did not help Zanors case. When the two reached the age of 27 the Prince's father, the Dynast, began to drive himself insane with paranoia. Arresting supposed traitors, executing those he suspected of planning rebellions, however it is his own mania that drove the Prince and Zanor to begin planning to overthrow the Dynast, as a Mad King cannot rule or else the Dynasty would be doomed. Now Zanor seeks to support the Prince and further his goals of rebellion, but with how the Prince has been treating his guardian as of late, he risks losing Zanor's support in its entirety.
Despite being a Snow Elf Zanor is incredibly short. Standing at only 6'6ft and weighing 275lbs, he is considered quite the runt yet despite this he is one of the most feared of the Snow Elves. He has short yet beautiful hair that reminds most of snowy winds, frosty snowflakes fall from his hair as he walks. The freckles on his face are actually black/grey snowflakes. He has blue eyes, snow colored skin, two large magic scars under his pecks, and his limbs have similar black/grey snowflakes like whats on his face. Things he touches tend to get covered in a layer of frost, he wears a Ring of Warmth to counteract this when out of his armor.
