Aww... This female Pikachu wanna give the electrical cuddles to these dragon dudes. She used Nuzzle to rub her sweet little cheeks onto their legs to show that she's one friendly little lady. Charizard, thanks to himself being weak against Electric attacks, felt such a crazy shock while Garchomp, being immune to it, looks like he can handle such a sweet hug coming from her. I doubt Pikachu would plan to stop giving anyone affection, though.
