This piece is for my longtime friend Jenna, who’s been part of my life (and art journey) since way back in 2008. Her character, Jennacyde, has shown up alongside mine in older gallery pieces, and it only felt right to bring her back with a fresh look and updated style.
I had a lot of fun bringing out her fierce but warm personality through the colors and markings. She’s got that perfect mix of attitude and heart that made her one of my favorite characters to revisit.
Big shoutout to Jenna for being one of the real ones and for sticking around through all the wild years of art, games, and general internet chaos.
