A new villain in the rogue's gallery for Violet and Centurion and probably one of the darker ones. He still engages in the sexy fun the other villains get up to but the man has no qualms with kidnapping those he deems as worthless to society and experimenting on them. All in the interest of furthering the research of his ultimate cure, something that could cure any disease, illness, virus, injury, potentially even death itself. But can't get the ultimate cure without taking a few lives.
