They dont look crude at all to me
Looking at them the minor imperfections that one might consider crude actualy give them more of a wavy drawn look and mimics your natural cartoonish drawing style, so they look pretty damn accurate if you wanted them to look just like your drawn characters.

don't look that crude to me either. savage might be a bit on the lanky side, but hey, they are cartoon characters, right? besides, i can't do better, so there.
