The power of a sun goddess can be hidden within one, such is the case with the blessing of Amaterasu. All it takes is being found to be granted Amaterasu's blessing, her form for you to use and the divine instruments necessary to fill the role of Amaterasu, a title passed down for generations.
It may be during peace, it may be during conflict, whenever it may be, the one who was given Amaterasu's blessing will carry on her name, her form, her shield - and bring the power of the sun goddess where she goes.

Honestly, I have been wanting to try an artstyle TF in either the sumi-e or ukiyo-e style, and I am SO thankful I had this opportunity! It was definitely interesting, experimenting with a more sensitive brush, but I think I figured out a good transition for the style-

Damn when I first saw this it was such a good surprise to see, you really nailed the calligraphy art style of Okami to a T and I love the touch that you added where the more TFed parts are highlighted with those outlines. Plus you did such a good job with the kimono and that brush detailing in the one she’s holding! Amazing job if I must say so myself

I feel like sometimes with style changes, it can jump from one style to another, so I thought it'd be fun for the lines to gradually thicken around the more transformed parts-
