Yea. This guy was always supposed to be creepy af, at least when it shows its true nature.
I remember a comment on like a really old artwork I did of it, and I think it was yours where you said it looked kinda friendly or nice or something, and I thought to myself "oh boy wait until I draw it in its true form" xD
Funfact, it's a hybrid of like a murray, deep sea fish (especially their maws and teeth), angler fish and maybe something else. Arm flippers are like those of whales and sea turtles but with claws.
