These guys are an original species of mine for quite a few years now. They're mainly just furry creatures that live their own lives, some have their own civilization or live wild. Overtime, I came up with more variant versions, with the tiny/feeble one being the most recent. Here's the basic rundown of Wallicks.
Normal Wallick's are a mystical species that's been living ever since 506 AD. They are capable of healing cuts and wounds, teleportation, and shooting fire or ice from there fingers. They have yellow fur (for males that is, female's fur is purple. And sometimes, really rare they can brown), pointed ears, brown stripes, striped tails. They live in villages, usually deep in forests or jungles. They eat smaller creatures, meat, plants and can drink any kind of beverage. They are not dangerous to humans. Wallick children, or cubs, are taught by elders. They practice magic and other tricks. They also sometimes draw on the walls, or make sculptures out of mud or clay. They also sometimes make their own instruments and play music during their festivals or at night.
The Swinger's are much shorter and are pretty much grey and purple in appearance, though each Swinger's eye color and pupils are different shapes. Their most distinctive feature is their hand-like tongue, and due to their arms being short stubs, they pretty much use it to get around, swinging from branches and trees, hence their name. They also use their tongues to grab food and other resources. Unlike regular Wallicks, these ones are more of a wild species, and mostly can be found in forests or jungles. While very calm and playful towards humans, they can be a bit mischievous as times, but if you steal their food or accidently step on their tongue, oh you better pray you can get outta there fast.
Spotty Wallicks are the only type in the family who differ in appearance than the others. Resembling more like Hyenas, these creatures come in all shapes and sizes, from short, tall, round, skinny, and more. They actually reside in deserts, and sometimes they even stay in the woods nearby some cities, in order to scavenge for food. Unlike the other types, Spotty's are naturally a lot more aggressive towards people, and it's very easy to anger them.
Arctic Wallicks (as you can probably guess) can only be found in the arctic regions of the world. Their easily characterized by their huge fluffy white coats (Cubs actually have light blue fur but overtime as they grow, their fur turns white), blue eyes (they're eternals are even blue inside of the usual pink or red like the others), and black claw-like feet, which actually helps them walk on ice. They mostly live together in groups, often staying huddled together, or near any possible villages. Out of all the types, Arctic Wallicks are by far the friendliest, very sweet and compassionate. If you're freezing and happen to be in sight of one, it'll gladly give you a hug :) Arctic Wallicks are also known for their trading habits, trading whatever goods they have to travelers, which are extremely useful, and all they need to do is pay with ice. (They love to eat ice lol) If they ever feel threatened, they're capable of blowing out an extremely cold amount of air, enough to stall their attacker and let it escape.
Tiny/Feeble Wallicks are of course, extremely small, averagely being the size of an ant. They easily distinct by their blue color. Feeble's live in forests or scavenge around towns/cities in order to find food, while also seeking places they can use for shelter. They're naturally scared of humans and try their best to avoid them or be seen by them, this also applies to animals like cats, dogs or birds.
So yeah, there you have it!
