YOU CAN
-Use the character for personal use ONLY
-Give the adopt a name, a personality, you can change clothes, gender, anything you want like your original character. ( but if you have to change everything maybe you have to search for another adopt ;v; ). Please credit us for the design where necessary.
-Please NOTE that any of the alterations you decide to do as in color change or change of clothes, hair style, etc. is still considered as the original character and can not be sold separately for that reasoning. It is called character development.
-You can use it for a story, for an avatar, for a signature, in re story and so on
!!! IMPORTANT!!!
-You can resell the adoptable if you don't want it anymore for THE SAME PRICE you bought it, no more,
-About Commissions/request or other art you bought, you are available to resell also the extra you paid ONLY if you show proof about how much you paid and is given permission to resell the adopt.
-You can trade or gift the adoptable you bought, but you can not trade or sell an adopt you received in gift by someone else, only gift it again
!!!VERY IMPORTANT!!!
-We each have a (little) Personal Blacklist with people we don't want to have our designs, if it happens that you give your design to them, We will contact you to cancel the transaction, It is required if you resell or trade one of these adopts, to tell us the new owner's name, Always, If we lose track of the adoptable you will be put in the blacklist.
YOU CAN NOT
-You can't claim the art or the original design as your own.
-You can't claim a refund, buy the adopt only if you want it, if you don't want it anymore you can resell it by yourself.
-You can't Resell an adopt that you won in a raffle or in a "offer to adopt" if you didn't spend money, as well you can not resell a design you obtained for art, for trade or for a gift.You can't drop, hide, or delete a bid comment or edit your bid. Be sure when you bid on our adoptables, If you break this rule we can put you in the Blacklist and deny you to buy again from us in future.
[b]PAYMENTS:[/b] CASHAPP, VENMO, etc.
-Payments must be made right away, EXCEPT in the case of AB which will allow for payments with a 1/3 amount deposit.
