BRABL: Uproar at the Terminal Station (Fan Series)
Derek: "Another internal disturbance?"
Gwendy: "Argh... I swear, if this train doesn't drive me crazy, these kids will first!"
Blaze: "Oh..."
It was a busy day at the central terminal station, with trains of all kinds coming and going, and everything was chaos at rush hour. Gwendy impatiently waits for another train carrying tourist passengers, who have to transfer to Blaze's express and be taken to the other terminal at the port. But that train is taking a long time to arrive, Gwendy freaks out when she looks at her watch, and as if she didn't have enough, her puppies start boxing without warning, adding fuel to the fire. Derek laughs a little at the situation, and Blaze watches in surprise as Gwendy's twins fight.
This is a fan series I'm working on called "Between Rails and Branch Lines" inspired by the "Thomas & Friends" universe (and there may be some cameos from characters from the original series).
Here are the main characters:
Gwendy: She's a railroad conductor, especially at the central terminus station. She makes sure everything is in order, but at the same time she has to deal with a pregnancy of a pair of twin puppies who constantly use her belly as a fighting arena whenever they can.
Derek: He's a train driver who's Gwendy's best friend and helps her cope with the heavy burden of being both a railroad conductor and a mother-to-be with a few jokes to ease the tension. He's practically Gwendy's rock.
Blaze: He's a large steam engine whose boiler, despite its age, still blares with the same intensity and power as in his younger days. Derek is his main driver.
