I had an idea for what the mane cast would be as steampunk'd up. I know a few cogs and gears don't make it steampunk but the fashion itself I believe is supposed to be kind of Victorian, Edwardian sort of thing. Under that though... Well you could have wrist watches that do things, maybe hidden weapons.

So here's the mane cast as sterampunk ponies. And I have drawn them as fully anthro. No doubt I will get complaints they don't match the anatomy of the show ponies but I actually think if they looked anthro they'd be more like horses on two legs with human mixed through. So definite hooves and such like. Everyone has their own idea of what anthro version ponies would be like and I have mine.

Again I apologise for the slight wonkiness of the anatomy. Next time I draw this sort of thing, it'll be at home with pencils. But this was still great fun. Might actually try a steampunk sort of story.
