So true. :3
I can't rationalize why I like it. I can explain what I like about it. I can do it with people who are feeling experimental, and convince them its awesome. But its still irrational x3
I'm mostly a 'cute' (soft) vore person myself. Because if you digest, then you only get to eat them once. >_>

I've owned two. And I have some sad, failtacular stories. One goes like this: My ball python was chilling on our coffee table, and felt like peering over the edge to explore. His failsafe? A spoon that was on the table as well. He latched onto it with his stubby tail and started to fall off the table, dragging the spoon with him. Let's just say I caught him before anyone was hurt.
Once I was getting ready to feed my Brazilian Rainbow boa. He seemed a little excited, but he'd never shown food aggression, so I didn't bother to wash my hands before handling him, while the mouse was thawing (Basically, my hands stunk like dead mouse). The only snakebite I can ever claim to have received was a literal "nomming" my darling little snake gave me, as he gummed my finger he apparently mistook for a mouse.

I had a bad experience with my ignorance of "vore". I thought it just meant your fursona is a carnivore, so when a fellow bunny said "I usually like predators more", I replied "Well, me being a dragon, I'm all for vore! *licks lips, snaps jaws*", trying to sound all casual, and he laid down for me what I actually said...
...I was humilliated!
