After a long day of going through the wintery forests, Jarryi returned home to his cozy little cabin to warm up by the fireplace. The warmth was nice, and the serenity of the quiet, lonesome cabin was relaxing.
However, to his surprise, the fire seemed to start burning more intensely, growing notably bigger, which confused him. He was further confused when the head of another dino, a Pyroraptor, began emerging.
The dino had a notably evil smirk on their face. It took a few moments, but more of the dino emerged, seemingly right out of the flames themselves. And after more moments of confusion, Jarryi recognized the abilities and connected them with the dino in question, Firecracker, whom he had only heard about from Chompless but had never interacted with him before.
Jarryi was scared as, given Firecracker was coming out of the flames themself, he had no idea how to react or what to do. He didn't know if he was in danger, or the true power of this unknown dino. But soon Firecracker leaped at him and pinned him down.
But, unknown to Jarryi initially, Firecracker was doing something Arez had told him to do days before which he had been pondering doing for said days, and that being to scare Jarryi first. He knew he'd achieved that and then turned around, sitting on Jarryi's face.
Being his natural temperature, Jarryi did get a bit burned under the scorching butt of Firecracker, but nothing life threatening. While this was something Firecracker very, very rarely did, Arez suggested the idea in one of Firecracker's more "friendly" times so the dino-dragon had a higher chance of actually doing it.
