I created a CRT TV template that I use in the corner of my art streams to play videos or games and It is completely free for everyone to use. It works really well for old anime and cartoons especially with the scanlines. There is an original 4:3 aspect ratio tv and a wide screen version. I recommend the wide screen version if you capture anything in full screen since even a old 4:3 cartoon will have the black side bars making it 16:9.

The Dropbox file has premade png templates and also a PSD file for you to customize the TV however you wish, change the color add stickers add your own scanlines etc have fun with it. It's completely free for everyone, for both personal or commercial projects use it in a drawing or a game, just don't sell the files themselves they are to remain free.
