I had to redo this a couple of times but I'm happy how it finally turned out. I also tried to keep some design aspects of Wartortle to make them appear more related.
On a side note, I don't remember if I dreamed it or not but I think there was an old piece of concept art where Blastoise was looking more like this. Maybe I just mandelaeffected myself in that regard XD

The quadrupedal pose wasn't actually part of the mystery concept art I most likely just imagined XD
I chose this pose since in an upright one it seemed to fall over, with the center of weight being in an odd place considering the shell. So I kind of headcanon Blastoise as walking on for legs to conserve energy and just stand up on it's hind-legs to attack.
