Hogarth DeGrosse, the single most powerful man in all of Texas, and my fursona!
Hogarth is the CEO of DeGrosse Industries, America's single largest oil company with its headquarters based in Houston, Texas. His boundless entrepreneurial spirit doesn't stop with Big Oil, though. DeGrosse Industries also branches out into a national trucking business as well as a fast food brand created under the DGI umbrella, Smokin' Burger. Simply put, Hogarth's presence is felt in every corner of Texas.
Hogarth himself is worth almost in the hundreds of billions of dollars, making him easily the richest man in Texas and among the richest in the entire United States. He is also a football fanatic, so at some point in Hogarth's career, he took it upon himself to purchase the Houston Texans and became the owner of that NFL team while also heavily sponsoring the Dallas Cowboys. On a college level, he attends every single Texas Longhorns game that he's able to. On a personal level, Hogarth is one demanding, mean bastard that does everything he possibly can to crank out the most production from his employees, regardless of safety regulations or un-friendly workplace environments. He'll throw his weight around his employees just for fun, bumping into them and pressing them up against objects or walls with his body just for his amusement, and despite being taken to court multiple times over safety allegations, Texas courts always seem to throw cases against DeGrosse Industries away, and Hogarth even gets off on it. Being able to do anything he wants makes him feel fantastic inside.
