Tratto's Blessing WIP
Commission sketch for draegwolf of his character, Lycaon (male wolf far left), entering the territory of the Nightmare Sisters. Ember seems to be lulling him into a false sense of security while Kiora settles into an all but relaxed position of attack on a ridge above. Moon Crypt, the unofficial alpha of all three of the sisters, seems to take a sinister sort of interest in the whole situation but almost successfully hides it behind her confidence and cool exterior.
And just to think, he'd been ever mindful of asking for Tratto's Blessing...

He'd better run away right now... Seems that entering the sister's territory wasn't a good idea... The one on the ridge seems to be preparing to make a meal out of him...

As much as I hope these three only intend to "make use" of Lycaon, Kiora's expression and the fact that they're called the Nightmare Sisters makes me think there will only be three wolves left after dinner.
I must say, you've done a remarkable job with all three of the girls. Their body language and expressions give the viewer a pretty clear idea of what each girl's purpose is.
Ember's the pretty distraction, Kiora's the muscle, and Moon Crypt is the brains behind the whole thing. A truly lethal trio.
And is that a reference to The Sight? Awesome. That was a damn good book.

Pretty good observation, before the group dissolved the Trio's MO typically did end with them killing whatever male they happened upon after Ember had her fun. As far as their roles go though it was more like Ember would act as the bait and lure them in with her nympho tendencies while her sisters waited to finish her would-be-lover off, the three of them worked in cohesion so there was no real mastermind orchestrating everything although MC was easily the strongest and most brutal between them.
I have plans for Lycaon so he'll definately be surviving this encounter, not to mention he was the son of my primary character and I've always been reluctant to kill off his offspring.

Well considering that you really know nothing about the characters I think you did a pretty good job.
True enough, though at least in this case said male would get the chance to have a little fun before being taken out. Suppose it doesn't really matter to the dying party when they're being killed though.
Yeah Lycaon's safe here for the sole reason that Ember would want to milk her time with him since she knows who his father is.
