For context....
Since Reggie was mentioned in Mason Motors' Speed Week Adventure: Through the Days part 4, I've been trying to come up with a design for him. I'd always wanted him to be different from other characters in Hemlock (I didn't want to repeat any of their animal type). Reggie went from being some kind of mustelid or a feline. He was going to be a serval, but then I read the wikipedia page and discovered the Savannah cat.
Reggie owns a store that sells/repairs music instruments. He lives behind it and has room for bands to practise.
