Most of us all have tools or something that flows through us that we consider the passions of our lives these are mine

I'm a chef these are my tools my life's work and most of all my passion for the culinary world these knives help me create and let me open up my mind

Or do you just take that good care of your knives?

I take really good care of my knives I'm the only one that really handles them

Good to see it, most of the students at my school here just throw them around and they suck at honing their knives...its painful to see such wonderful tools being destroyed.
