Native of the Portonese League, Lucilia is a name that both people respect and fear. Originally a soldier, she found the military life too rigid for her taste and set off selling illegal weapons and Lostech to the highest bidder. In a matter of years Lucilia managed to claw her way up to become of the most infamous gun smugglers and arms dealers in the western coast of the Protonese League and by age 24 she has made a name of herself as the premiere weapons trader in the entire country. When she turned 32 however her luck nearly ran out when she was caught trying to steal Portonese Steam Rifle shipments but quickly traveled west to the Shogunate where a chance encounter led her to meet members of the Octopath Project. There she now sells her wares to soldiers and commanders who can afford her.
