Nah; single tower, nothing crashed into it, and it didn't collapse.
Looks like the fire caused something volatile to cook off. Probably not even a bomb, but I'm guessing some exotic high-energy equipment; could be a lab accident. Tho some resistance peeps sneaking in and setting fire to an armoury isn't out of the question, since we have no idea what kind of heavy and/or exotic kit they might have.

Looks like to me the tower is under attack by someone.....or something.
by looking at the laser it looks like its coming for a type of tech. wonder if it's a S Rank tech or a failed experiment that's unstable...wonder if it's plasma energy...welp lets see. gonna go ahead to Ash Tower website.
