Late-night drawing high once again forced my hand to draw and color an all-nighter..and rather than use it on something productive, it gave me want to try my hand at anthro Cresselia (and also to look up actual women's business attire).
So here we have Miss Nikkal Delalune, whose actual role in
PokeCombatAcademy is still in the works (and open to suggestions) but if allowed...I see her as the rather enigmatic (not to mention problematic) bane of the school faculty...
the representative of the Board of Education.
She's the one in charge of popping up when one least expects it, making sure all school activities are well taken cared of and up to code. And while her main focus is on the teachers themselves, she'll on occasion approach the students to ever-so-casually inquire how things are going in their classes.
As it is in her very nature to be a very enigmatic, very elusive 'morph, it's nearly impossible to foretell when she'll show up again and what she has to say on the Board's behalf - one day she'll be all smiles and praise and the next time she'll...still be all smiles, yet criticizing how certain aspects of the school are being highly overlooked with so much venom you'd think she were half-Poison. Add the fact that her skills as a Psychic means very little in terms of secrets can be kept under wraps and you have the makings of a rather formidable 'morph to deal with.
...and if you can't tell I'm pretty much talking out of my tired-as-heck butt here, so feel free to slap me for this, yo.
Also, random trivia: The collar and pendant are designed after the Quick Ball. Everyone else uses the default design in their stuff, I figured I'd toy around with using one of the new ones for looks (that and it fits her as a means to emphasize that you have to be 'quick' in order to catch her when you most need her...and be even quicker when you want to avoid her. Or something.)

WHOO HOO! And yes, she is indeed the patron saint of Murphy's Law when it comes to such situations*.
Personally, though, were I doing an actual direct rival for Felinduce I'd have made a Deoxys...could probably be a rival principal from another school or something (assuming there are others schools in this setting?). For now, though, Delalune is here at your service. Or not. Damn, she's hard to get when you DO want her around! *mutter mutter Master Ball her butt mutter*

Well a friend tossed me a spare (I, ever the wimp, used my own on Dialga) and I said, hey, why the hell not. Mesprit was caught the hard way, however (My Honchkrow is love, baby).
...tossed me two, actually. Ended up using that one on Giratina, though. No, I didn't care to ask where he got them or what the heck is he on being that generous in trades.

Delalune could very well have been a secretary prior to becoming the Board's eyes and ears of the Academy. Someone must have seen just how unnervingly good she was at looking up information and getting folks to go along and saw how good she was for the job.
That and she asked nicely. Rarely do people oppose her when she asks.

I know! It's sooooo ridiculous when it takes me 10 dusk balls to catch a Murkrow (along with an assortment of other types failing) but you can catch a legendary with a Pokeball because it suddenly works better. -_-
Have you ever noticed that when the Ultras and Dusk balls keep missing that you can use balls that wouldn't normally work well and they are suddenly good? Sorry I'm going on a tangent here. @.@

Well, yes, in the actual game, you WOULD go the extra mile to try and find her, as she's a Legendary and a runner, at that. And catching her is a pain.
But I figured it'd be far more amusing that, in a Pokemorph world, said level of annoyance can't be reached unless she's the one looking for YOU, and giving you hell in some other way :D
Look, I don't know, I was half-asleep when I did this.

That and if you don't, you eventaully reget it, like when she pops up during a shiny hunt which at that point I would freaking kill her for that.
I kinda like the idea of her searching for you and the idea of her popping up with no warning and probabrly scaring someone shitless.

Actually, there is a really easy way to figure out when Cresselia will appear. Just stay in the middle of two routes in which she could appear, and keep going from one to another, her location will change on the Pokétch runner Pokémon "Radar" applet thing. At a certain point, you'll be able to check if she's in the same area as you are, just go into the grass with a mean Looker as your first Pokémon, and it's done =P
This inspired this little snippit. It's contagious I tell you! *fistshake!*
<Ryuen> Oh, I remember her. She's a lovely lady but when something goes wrong she lets loose with how bad it is! I remember one time during my freshman year that I walked by Principal Feliduce's office. My mental abilities weren't as fine-tined back then and I accidently overheard a telepathic conference. Needless to say even after I clammed my telepathic range up I was called in to his office to explain what happened. It took my training in the mental arts and Miss Meow helping me out to explain why I overheard the conversation and I let go scot free...but I left feeling like a part of my mind was poisoned thanks to that smiling bringer of doom! *Shudder*
