Neon owns Kite and Kira as pets.

The heart tag says "Kite<3" on one side and "Kira<3" on the other side, and is purple.
The bone tag says "I belong to NEON! NO TOUCHEY!" and is blue.

The whole collar is dark blue, the D-ring, buckle, and end that goes through the buckle, and the studs are silver, and won't tarnish. Always shiny.
The star is a white gemstone, always sparkley.
