The sorrowing meadow is the dominant plant growing along marshlands of the dreaded Weeper's Mangrove, using upward growing roots to help them breathe. Their bark is very fragile and they'll easily leaks sickly purple sap that induces temporary fatigue and headache if ingested, that include merely coming into contact with bare skin.

If you wanted to collect those saps... for whatever reasons at least, wear safety gloves, or use some kind of tools to scoop them up, just anything to keep them away from touching your skin.
