As there was no place on the sheet for information, here it is:
Cockatrices are amazing feathered creatures, a cross between a dinosaur and a bird. Cockatrices are not a single species, but a diverse class of animals. Cockatrices come in a variety of colors and sizes, have varied diets, and are highly adaptable, making them widespread throughout Izalia. The cockatrices' key distinguishing features are a seemingly entirely avian body, but with leathery wings and a reptilian tail.
1 — Flowernosed, or hummingbird cockatrices. A rare species found in some regions of Reynalia, particularly in Wasp Forest. Insectivorous predators, their favorite food being blood wasps.
2 — Ochre cockatrices. Inhabit the coniferous forests of northern Izalia. A predator, it hunts small and medium-sized prey, such as hares and small deer.
3 — Giant red-headed cockatrices. Lve near rivers, swamps, and other bodies of water in the Verdant Empire. It feeds on fish and occasionally other creatures it can catch.
4 — Cherry cockatrices. Lives in the tropical forests of Darghar Island. It feeds on fruits and berries, often stealing cherries from dragons, hence its name.
5 — Greywing cockatrices, or Windfear, as it's popularly known. Inhabit the high mountains of northern Izalia. It's a fast and agile hunter that will eat almost anything it can catch. They often prey on livestock or dragonets, and their speed makes them very difficult to kill, even with a crossbow.
6 — Desert runners. They are actually live not in the desert, but in the savannah and undergrowth of Savannia. They are hunters-gatherers: hunt various reptiles and young, eat carrion, and even fruit.
7 — Greatwing cockatrices, or Pink Wind. Omnivores, although they are apex predators in their environment. They migrate year after year from the Dark Archipelago to the Golden Valleys and back. They hunt large prey, making them a thorn in the side of dragons-travellers.
