I'm applying for work at a bacon processing plant in Texas. They want to hire people that really love bacon. Well, I do and so I decided to show them one of my specialty sandwiches. The bacon was cooked plaited together to ensure a generous portion of bacon in every bite. The bacon was not pan-fried. It was cooked in an oven instead. Tomato and lettuce are self-explanatory. The bread is lightly toasted sourdough. For an extra tangy flavor, I used Trader Joe's wasabi mayonnaise.
The side is oven-baked garlic-rosemary fries with a dash of Parmesan cheese.
